TradeLink operates a marketplace connecting general contractors with subcontractors and skilled tradespeople. We facilitate introductions but are not party to any agreements between users.

3. User Accounts

Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter contracts.

Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.

Verification: We verify contractor licenses and insurance. Providing false information will result in account termination.

4. User Conduct

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Maintain valid licenses and insurance
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Treat other users professionally

You may not:

• Use the platform for illegal purposes
• Harass or discriminate against other users
• Post false or misleading information

5. Disclaimers

No Guarantee of Work: We do not guarantee that you will receive projects or find suitable contractors.

No Employment Relationship: TradeLink is not an employer. Users are independent contractors.

No Payment Guarantee: We do not guarantee payment for work performed. Payment terms are between users.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TradeLink is not liable for:

• Disputes between users
• Quality of work performed
• Payment disputes
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold TradeLink harmless from any claims arising from your use of the platform.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms or for any other reason.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
